NCR Alert Level 2 na simula ngayong araw, Nov. 5

Isinailalim na ng Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) on Emerging Infectious Diseases ang National Capital Region sa Alert Level 2.

Sinabi ni Presidential spokesman Harry Roque Jr. nitong Huwebes na magsisimula ang Alert Level 2 mula November 5 hanggang November 21, 2021.

Ang alert levels ay itatakda na tuwing ika-15 at ika-30 ng buwan simula sa December 1.

“Escalations, on the other hand, may be done at any time in the middle of the implementation period as warranted while de-escalations can only be done at the end of the 2-week assessment period,” pahayag ni Roque.

Samantala, inilabas din ng IATF ang guidelines sa ilalim ng Alert Level 2.

Ang mga sumusunod ang puwedeng gawin:

1. Intrazonal at interzonal movement. Maaari pa ring magpatupad ang local government units ng paghihigpit, pero hindi ito dapat kasing-tindi ng nasa mas mataas na alert levels.
2. Ang pag-eehersisyo sa labas ng bahay para sa lahat ng edad. May comorbidities man, o kahit anong vaccination status ay papayagan.
3. Papayagan na ang 50% kapasidad indoors sa mga sumusunod na establisimyento para sa fully vaccinated adults at 70% kapasidad outdoors:

• Lugar para sa meetings, incentives, conferences at exhibitions (MICE)
• Venues para sa parties, wedding receptions, engagement parties, wedding anniversaries, debut at birthday parties, family reunions at bridal o baby showers
• Tourist attraction tulad ng libraries, archives, museums, galleries, exhibits, parks, plazas, public gardens, scenic viewpoints o overlooks at mga kahalintulad na lugar
• Amusement parks o theme parks
• Recreational venues tulad ng internet cafes, billiard halls, amusement arcades, bowling alleys, skating rinks, archery halls, swimming pools at similar venues
• Cinemas at movie houses
• Limited face-to-face o in-person classes para sa basic education na nakadepende sa papayagan ng Office of the President
• Limited face-to-face o in-person classes para sa higher education at technical-vocational education and training
• In-person religious gatherings; pagtitipon para necrological services, burol at libing para sa mga nasawi na hindi dahil sa COVID-19
• Licensure o entrance/qualifying examinations
• Dine-in services tulad ng kiosks, commissaries, restaurants at eateries, na alinsunod sa DTI sector-specific protocols
• Personal care establishments tulad ng barbershops, hair spas, hair salons at nail spas, mga aesthetic/cosmetic services o procedures, make-up services, salons, spas, reflexology
• Fitness studios, gyms at venues para sa individual non-contact exercise at sports
• Film, music at television production alinsunod sa joint guidelines ng DTI, DOLE at DOH
• Contact sports na aprubado ng LGU kung saan gaganapin ang nasabing laro
• Funfairs/peryas o kid amusement industries tulad ng playgrounds, playroom at kiddie rides
• Venues na may live voice o wind-instrument performers at audiences tulad ng karaoke bars, clubs, concert halls at theaters
• Pagtitipon sa isang kabahayan kahit hindi magkakamag-anak

4. Ang government work ay maaari nang makapag-operate nang 50% on-site capacity habang ipinatutupad pa rin ang work-from-home at iba pang flexible work arrangements.

Ang mga ipinagbabawal:

• Casinos
• horse racing
• cockfighting at operasyon ng sabong
• lottery at betting shops at iba pang gaming establishments maliban na lang kung pinayagan ito ng IATF o ng Office of the President
