Pinalawig ng Inter-Agency Task Force on Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-EID) ang ipinatutupad na Alert Level 4 sa National Capital Region (NCR) hanggang October 15, 2021.
Kasabay nito nadagdagan naman ang kapasidad sa mga negosyo at religious services.
Ang dating 10% na pinapayagang kapasidad sa dine-in, religious services, at personal care services para sa mga fully vaccinated individuals ay itinaas sa 20%.
Inaprubahan na rin ng IATF ang muling pagbubukas ng fitness studios at gyms sa limitadong 20% capacity para sa mga kumpleto na ang bakuna.
Kailangan lamang na lahat ng gym workers ay fully vaccinated.
“Further, establishments allowed to operate under Alert Level 4, which have been awarded the Safety Seal Certification shall be allowed additional venue capacity of 10 percent beyond the prescribed venue or seating capacity,” pahayag ni Presidential spokesperson Harry Roque.
Samantala, ang community quarantine classifications para sa buwan ng October ay naisapinal na.
Isinailalim sa Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ) mula October 1-15, 2021 ang Apayao, Kalinga, Batanes, Bataan, Bulacan, Cavite, Lucena City, Rizal, Laguna, Naga City at Iloilo Province.
Ang mga sumusunod naman ay nasa ilalim ng General Community Quarantine (GCQ) “with heightened restrictions” mula October 1-31, 2021:
Abra, Baguio City, Ilocos Sur, Pangasinan, Cagayan, Isabela, City of Santiago, Nueva Vizcaya, Quirino, Quezon, Batangas, Bacolod City, Capiz, Iloilo City, Lapu-Lapu City, Negros Oriental, Bohol, Zamboanga del Norte, Zamboanga del Sur, Cagayan de Oro City, Misamis Oriental, Davao del Norte, Davao Occidental, Butuan City at Surigao del Sur.
Ang Davao de Oro ay nasa ilalim din ng GCQ with heightened restrictions subalit mula October 1-15, 2022 lamang.
Inilagay naman sa General Community Quarantine (GCQ) mula October 1-31, 2021 ang Ilocos Norte, Dagupan City, Benguet, Ifugao, Tarlac, Marinduque, Occidental Mindoro, Oriental Mindoro, Puerto Princesa, Albay, at Camarines Norte para sa Luzon.
Para naman sa Visayas: Aklan, Antique, Guimaras, Negros Occidental, Cebu City, Cebu Province, Mandaue City, Siquijor at Tacloban City.
Sa Mindanao, ang mga nasa ilalim ng GCQ ay Zamboanga Sibugay, Zamboanga City, Misamis Occidental, Iligan City, Davao City, Davao Oriental, Davao del Sur, General Santos City, Sultan Kudarat, Sarangani, North Cotabato, South Cotabato, Agusan del Norte, Agusan del Sur, Dinagat Islands, Surigao del Norte, Cotabato City at Lanao del Sur.
Samantala ang natitirang bahagi ng Pilipinas ay nasa ilalim ng Modified General Community Quarantine (MGCQ).
