Idinagdag ng Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF) ang mga kawani ng Commission on Elections at mga maghahain ng certificates of candidacy (COCs) para sa 2022 national elections sa listahan ng authorized persons outside of residence (APORs).
“Inaprubahan po ng inyong IATF na authorized persons outside of residence ang mga opisyal at empleyado ng Comelec,” ayon kay presidential spokesperson Harry Roque.
Idinagdag din sa ikokonsiderang APOR ang sumusunod:
- Chairperson/President or in their absence the Secretary-General or authorized Representative of Political Party, Sectoral Party, organization or coalition under the party-list systemaspirants or their authorized representative companions as authorized under Comelec Resolution No. 10717,
- Comelec officials/personnel in connection with the submission of hard copies of the Certificates of Candidacy and related documents/materials to the Comelec Main Office.
Sa October 1 hanggang 8 itinakda ang paghahain ng kandidatura.
Sa kabilang banda, kasama rin sa ikinokonsidera na APOR ang mga makikilahok sa World Health Organization Solidarity Trial para sa COVID-19 vaccines.
Kabilang dito ang researchers, workers, miyembro at affiliate staff ng Solidarity Trial Vaccines Team.
Pinapayagan din ang health workers sa interzonal at intrazonal movement kahit ano pa man ang community quarantine classification at ipinatutupad na granular lockdown.
Ayon pa kay Roque, papayagan nang umalis o lumabas ng kanilang bahay ang target participants at eligible patients na nakatira sa mga lugar na nasa ilalim ng granular lockdown para sa dahilan na kailangan sa clinical trial.
