“The positivity rate, which measures the proportion of people who test positive using RT-PCR in the NCR (National Capital Region) decreased to 5 percent for the first time since July 14, 2021,”ayon kay OCTA research fellow Dr. Guido David sa isang tweet.
Ipinaliwanag niya na ang positivity rate na limang porsyento o mas mababa ay katanggap-tanggap ayon sa pamantayan ng World Health Organization (WHO).
“Hopefully, by next week, we will see something close to 4 percent. But based on history, the positivity rate in NCR plateaus around 3 to 4 percent,” pahayag ni David.
