Pumirma na rin ng kontra sa Japan B. League si 6-foot-6 forward Kobe Paras.

Maglalaro si Paras para sa Niigata Albirex BB sa darating na 2021-2022 season ng liga.

“I am very grateful to have this opportunity to be a part of such a great organization and basketball league,” ayon kay Paras sa official website ng Niigata.

“I look forward to playing in the role that coach Hiraoka has envisioned for me and showcasing the love I have for this game on a professional level in front of the great Niigata boosters,” dagdag ni Paras.

Siya na ang ika-pitong Filipino basketball player na lumagda ng kontra sa B. League sa ilalim ng Asian Player Quota.

Nakabilang sa liga sina Thirdy Ravena (San-En NeoPhoenix); kapatid na si Kiefer Ravena (Shiga Lakestars); Juan Gomez de Liano (Earth Friends Tokyo Z); kapatid na si Javi Gomez de Liano (Ibaraki Robots); Kemark Carino (Aomori Wat’s) at Bobby Ray Parks Jr (Nagoya Diamond Dolphins).
