Prison Walls Can’t Stop the Drama: Diddy Hit with New Sexual Assault Police Report

The legal troubles for hip-hop mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs continue to mount, even as he serves his prison sentence, with new, disturbing allegations coming from music producer Jonathan Hay. Hay has filed a police report accusing Diddy of sexual assault during a 2021 meeting in California, a confrontation Hay claims was triggered by an earlier, extremely graphic incident involving a shirt belonging to the late Notorious B.I.G.

The Alleged Assault Timeline

The report details two separate incidents, painting a deeply troubling picture of Diddy’s alleged behavior toward Hay, who had been working with CJ Wallace, the son of Notorious B.I.G. (Biggie).

  1. The Biggie Shirt Incident (February 2020): Hay told police the first incident occurred in a warehouse containing Biggie’s preserved clothing. Hay alleges that Diddy began to masturbate beneath one of the slain rapper’s shirts, then removed the shirt and threw it at Hay while saying, “Rest in peace BIG.” This shocking act reportedly caused a rift between Hay and CJ Wallace when Hay later disclosed it.
  2. The Sexual Assault (2021): Hay claims the rift led to a confrontation during a business meeting in the Hollywood Hills involving Wallace and entrepreneur Willie Mack. Hay stated that he was seized by two masked men, taken to a room, and then allegedly assaulted by Diddy. In an interview, Hay described Diddy putting his genitals in his mouth multiple times, all while allegedly screaming and berating Hay for being a “snitch” who didn’t “deserve Biggie Smalls.” Hay claims the cycle of assault occurred approximately three to four times before Diddy left the room.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department has not confirmed an active investigation related to the alleged 2021 assault, but Largo police in Florida have verified the legitimacy of Hay’s report. Diddy’s legal team has consistently denied all civil claims against him.

Diddy’s Current Status

Sean “Diddy” Combs, 55, is currently incarcerated at FCI Fort Dix, a low-security federal prison in New Jersey.

  • Conviction: In July, Combs was convicted on two counts of transporting individuals for prostitution following an eight-week trial. He was acquitted of the more severe charges, including sex trafficking and racketeering.
  • Sentence: He is serving a four-year and two-month (50-month) sentence, with a projected release date of May 8, 2028. He is seeking a speedy appeal to potentially benefit from time-served reductions.
  • Prison Appearance: Combs was recently photographed in the Fort Dix yard, wearing a navy puffy jacket and an orange beanie, marking the first clear public glimpse of the mogul since his arrest in September 2024.

The ongoing allegations and the nature of the recent convictions have led to intense scrutiny of Diddy’s entire career and his notorious “freak-off” parties, which are now being viewed as having blurred “the line between entertainment and exploitation.”
